Samples Policy


We are always happy to send you samples, however, due to the volume of sample requests we receive, we have had to bring our policy in line with common trade practices.

If your sample value (including carriage) is over £5 we are obliged to charge you, however, the samples are then yours to keep.

Samples with a collective value of less than £5 will not be charged if they are returned in the same condition as supplied within 21 days.
